FACE TO FACE

All participants who complete the programme receive a personalised certificate, and Yvonne files reports with the REA on each licensee's behalf at the end of the month in which training was completed.
Need to confirm your CPD completion?
Many people become confused about where to check that their completed verifiable CPD has been reported to the right organisation.
When you have completed your 10 hours verifiable CPD training with The Real Estate Coach Ltd, Yvonne provides you with a certificate of completion. She also reports this directly to the Real Estate Authority
Many people become confused about where to check that their completed verifiable CPD has been reported to the right organisation.
When you have completed your 10 hours verifiable CPD training with The Real Estate Coach Ltd, Yvonne provides you with a certificate of completion. She also reports this directly to the Real Estate Authority (REA). The REA is the regulator for the industry, that administers licences and training obligations.
She does this no later than the end of the month in which you completed your course.
To check that your completion has been recorded by the REA, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the REA website: www.rea.govt.nz
2. Click the "Manage your licence - Log in to the licensee portal" box, below the large photo. This usually requires a RealMe login.

3. Once in the licensee portal, click the "Continuing Professional Development" tab below the green band. This shows your recorded verifiable CPD training for each year.
Please note, for your 10 hours non-verifiable CPD, you will be responsible for keeping your own record. The REA does periodic audits of both verifiable and non-verifiable training, so please keep all your records up to date.

Yvonne will teach you how to prepare CMAs that really tell the story, AND to back them up using three other appraisal methods. This is an extremely practical class, with a comprehensive workbook to support your learning.

DISCLOSURE: CASES FOR DISCUSSION
We can learn so much from the mistakes of others! In this highly interactive session, we examine some recent cases where disclosure (or non-disclosure) has been the subject of a Complaints Assessment Committee or Disciplinary Tribunal decision. Yvonne will guide you through the legal jargon, and help you avoid potentially costly and damaging errors.
